I can't read graffiti that well., but the Blax is bleeding… is this a lords tag? Or racist gang tag? The scotty is half a swastika. There is a No or a kill or N near Blax… it’s over a city sanctioned artwork and obviously took some time to do… it’s in the middle of lake city in Northern Seattle. I don’t understand why we put of with this if I am indeed reading it right… i’m having a hard time reading it… it almost says abolish blax to me at first glance from the street… or Gryo WESH blax lords. Lords is a Chicago gang and a racist gang? I think so…
